The H 250 flow meter for liquids and gases is an all-metal flow meter, which operates via float principles. Depending on the flow rate, the float will assume a certain vertical position inside the tube. The float position transmits by a magnetic coupling system to the scale.
It is designed for installation in a vertical pipe, with flow from bottom to top. The rugged construction of the H 250 variable-area flow meter makes it particularly suitable for difficult application and environmental conditions.
In the M7 indicator, the rotational movement of the follower magnet system is mechanically linearized via a cam plate and the flow rate is indicated on the scale.
